Welcome to The Hatchet Hauler LLC! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, and mobile axe throwing experience. By booking with us or using our site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

The Hatchet Hauler LLC offers mobile axe throwing experiences for private events, festivals, and public gatherings throughout Georgia.

2. Booking and Payments

• A reservation is confirmed only after payment is received. We require at least a 50%  non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.
• The remaining balance is due 7 days before the scheduled event.
• All payments must be made via our secure online platform.
• Cancellations within 72 hours of the event are non-refundable.
• In the event of inclement weather or an emergency, The Hatchet Hauler LLC reserves the right to reschedule for up to 1 year of the original event date or refund at our discretion.

3. Participant Requirements

• All participants must sign a waiver prior to participating.
• Participants must be at least 10 years old. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
• Anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol may be refused service without refund.

4. Safety and Conduct

• Our trailer includes safety features like anti-bounce walls and floors, a lane divider, and fully enclosed throwing areas.
• Trained staff will be present to guide and instruct participants.
• Unsafe behavior or failure to follow instructions may result in immediate removal from the activity without refund.

5. Liability

• Axe throwing is an inherently risky activity. By participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
• The Hatchet Hauler LLC is not liable for injuries resulting from failure to follow safety instructions.

6. Media Release

By attending a Hatchet Hauler LLC event, you grant us permission to use photos and videos taken during the event for promotional and marketing purposes, including but not limited to social media, website, and print materials. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify a staff member prior to participation.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and in our promotional materials—including logos, text, photos, and designs—is the property of The Hatchet Hauler LLC and may not be used without written permission.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
